At a specialized orthopedic clinic with more than 200 beds and over 3,500 inpatients per year, you will take on a central role in medical leadership. As Deputy Medical Director, you will not only be responsible for surgical care but will also play an active part in the further development of the clinic. Your Tasks:

  • Represent the medical management and contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the clinic

  • Responsible for staff development and continuing education of the medical team

  • Perform both outpatient and inpatient treatments as well as surgical care at the highest level

  • Transfer modern surgical methods to junior staff

  • Participate in change processes and projects aimed at developing the clinic

  • Represent the clinic through lectures and participation in continuing education and professional development events


Your Profile and Our Requirements:

  • Recognized specialist qualification in orthopedics and trauma surgery with additional training in "Special Orthopedic Surgery"

  • Several years of experience in clinical management and solid expertise, particularly in endoprosthetics

  • Team-oriented, communicative, and responsible personality with strong social skills

  • Organizational ability, initiative, and commitment to performance

  • Proof of measles vaccination as required by law
