BEING GOOD AS A PROFESSION – Taking your own limits seriously and acting accordingly

Der Rote Punkt

March 9, 2026 - March 10, 2026; Online seminar, Zoom, Austria

Course Content

In this seminar, we will look at how employees in the social sector can act more strategically and in their own interests. We will search for the causes of our own expectations and identify personal aspects of the need to “be good.” In doing so, we will find out how we can reconcile the seemingly contradictory interests of self-care and caring for others and act in an empowered way.
