The course is intended to impart specific nursing and medical knowledge for the special field of renal replacement therapy, raise awareness of ethical principles, demonstrate methods for communication and personal development, draw attention to the psychosocial situation and the resulting problems of patients, relatives and staff and offer strategies for solutions.

Members of the senior healthcare and nursing services who are or will be working in the specialized field of renal replacement therapy.
