Established 23 years ago, the EFC has been at the forefront of improving colposcopy standards and advocating for the equal prevention of cervical cancer in women across Europe.  Although Latvia still has one of the highest cervical cancer incidences in Europe, a lot of improvements in close collaboration with EFC have been made – including the development of colposcopy service and the implementation of the certificate in colposcopy method. Comprising 38 national colposcopy societies, the EFC actively influences and represents European colposcopists, emphasizing training, education, and evidence-based practices. This year’s congress promises to be a milestone event as we delve into key aspects aimed at eliminating cervical and other HPV-related cancers.

The virtual Congress program boasts speakers from over 25 different EFC countries, all leading experts in their fields.
