by appointment, online.
The Visitors Service has developed a successful interactive format using videoconferencing and tour guide-hosted videos that is suitable for groups of school children from six to18 years old, student groups or groups of other interested adults. Virtual tours last one hour and provide an introduction to the work of the United Nations and its Vienna-based organizations, as well as a sneak peek inside the VIC, known locally as “UNO City”. Group tours for adults and children can be booked in more than a dozen languages, including German. Teachers are welcome to contact the Visitors Service to participate in free demo virtual tours this month. Virtual guided tours of the UN in Vienna for groups can now be booked online.
Beginning on 11 February 2021, interested individuals will also be able to join a virtual guided tour of the UN in Vienna. Virtual tours for individuals will be offered regularly in German and English, last one hour and can be booked online.
Book your virtual visit and get the unique experience.
