The IUNS-ICN International Congress of Nutrition is a four yearly meeting that’s been held since 1946. Its 21st edition will be based in Buenos Aires for the first time in its history. It is my pleasure to invite you to experience this vibrant multicultural metropolis designated “City of Design” by UNESCO. Its wide range of cultural diversity will amaze you.

We are currently designing the scientific programme according to the motto “From Sciences to Nutrition Security” with the aim of encouraging the exchange of knowledge in order to achieve the improvement of Nutrition Security.

We intend to focus on every aspect of nutrition issues going through a wide variety of topics which will be dealt with from different perspectives in order to enrich our attendees’ points of view.
