The privately owned hospital with two locations plays a central role in regional healthcare as a provider of basic and specialist care. The Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine performs more than 5,000 anesthetic procedures annually. The experienced team works in close cooperation with other disciplines and ensures high-quality patient care in accordance with the latest medical standards. The focus is on perioperative care and intensive care standards. The focus is on perioperative care, intensive care measures including ventilation therapies, PiCCO monitoring, and modern dialysis procedures.

Your tasks:
- Strategic and organizational management of the Clinic for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine
- Continuous development of medical services and implementation of innovative therapy concepts
- Application and supervision of the entire spectrum of modern anesthesia procedures
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical colleagues and clinic management
- Promotion and further training of the medical and nursing team
- Ensuring smooth service and process organization
Your profile & our requirements:
- Specialist certification in anesthesiology
- Additional training in intensive care medicine; other areas of specialization such as pain therapy or palliative medicine are an advantage
- Demonstrable specialist expertise and clinical experience
- Strong leadership and social skills as well as a high degree of team orientation
- Economic thinking and acting in accordance with medical standards
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
