We are seeking a Senior Physician (m/f/d)

in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine | Berlin area 

Our partner is an academic teaching hospital with approximately 250 beds and a broad range of specialties, located in the easily accessible Berlin area, which offers a high quality of life and good connections to the capital. Each year, approximately 10,700 patients receive inpatient care and around 24,500 receive outpatient care. The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine has approximately 15 beds and treats several hundred pediatric patients annually. The range of services encompasses the full spectrum of modern diagnostics and therapy, supported by state-of-the-art equipment. Close collaboration has been established with community pediatricians, the affiliated care center, and neighboring departments, particularly obstetrics.

The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine has approximately 15 beds and cares for several hundred pediatric patients annually. A comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services is offered, supported by modern equipment.

The department works closely with community pediatricians, an affiliated care center, and other clinical departments - particularly obstetrics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing senior physician care for pediatric patients
• Organizing and coordinating ward operations
• Contributing to the strategic and conceptual development of the department
• Supervising and providing professional guidance to resident physicians
• Participating in on-call duty
• Working closely with other departments and external partners

Your Profile & Our Requirements:

• Board-certified specialist (m/f/d) in Pediatrics
• Several years of clinical experience in pediatrics
• Interest in a senior physician role with significant responsibility
• Ability to work well in a team and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment, initiative, and a willingness to continue developing professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
